How it works

  1. Sign up & verify

    Create an advertiser account, complete entity verification, upload required vertical-specific documentation (insurance producer license, NMLS registration, contractor license, accreditation evidence). Verification typically takes 3 – 10 business days depending on vertical.

  2. Configure filters

    Choose your verticals, sub-verticals, and geographic coverage (state, county, or zip-level). Set demographic and vertical-specific filters (age band, FICO band, project scope, etc.). Filters can be updated anytime.

  3. Set your bid & fund the account

    Set your per-lead bid for each filter combination. Minimum opening account balance: $250. Funding via ACH, wire, or major card. Bid up or down at any time — changes take effect on next eligible delivery.

  4. Receive leads in real time

    Leads delivered within 2 seconds of consumer submission. Delivery options: webhook POST (JSON or form-encoded), REST API pull, CRM push (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho — direct integrations), or email with structured payload.

  5. Review & credit

    Documented invalid-lead criteria: disconnected number, duplicate within 30 days, wrong state, wrong vertical, deceased consumer. 48-hour review window from delivery timestamp. Credits applied to account balance automatically.

  6. Optimize & scale

    Dashboard shows your accept rate, contact rate, and effective CPL by filter combination. Adjust filters and bids based on what's working. Pause campaigns anytime. No long-term contracts.

Pricing

AdvertisingML uses a transparent published-band pricing model. Each vertical has a documented CPL range for shared, exclusive, and (where supported) phone-transfer or approved-funded tiers. Your effective price is the bid you set within that range; you compete on bid against other advertisers with similar filters.

Filter capabilities

Every vertical supports the baseline filter set. Sub-vertical-specific filters are documented on each vertical's page.

  • Geography. State, multi-state, county, multi-county, zip range, zip list, exclusion zips.
  • Demographics. Age band, household composition where vertically relevant.
  • Vertical-specific. See each vertical's lead-schema documentation.
  • Delivery time windows. Restrict delivery to business hours, time-zone-aware.
  • Daily cap. Maximum leads per day per filter combination.
  • Pacing. Even, front-loaded, or back-loaded delivery within daily cap.

Tiers explained

Shared
Lead delivered to up to three advertisers matching the consumer's stated need. Consumer is informed they may be contacted by multiple providers (multi-seller consent disclosure). Lower per-lead price, faster contact rate from at least one advertiser.
Exclusive
Lead delivered to a single advertiser. Higher per-lead price. Recommended for advertisers with established sales follow-up capacity.
Phone-transfer
Consumer is offered a live phone connection to an available advertiser. Available in insurance and home services verticals where call-driven sales workflows are standard. Highest per-lead price, highest connect rate.
Approved-funded (personal finance only)
Issuer or lender pays only on approved application or funded loan. Routed through issuer-direct affiliate programs (Bankrate, Impact, CJ-integrated programs).

What we don't do

  • We don't run display arbitrage or rotate inventory across unrelated verticals.
  • We don't aggregate from third-party publishers without disclosure — every property in our network is owned and operated.
  • We don't accept advertisers whose vertical licensing posture is incomplete.
  • We don't deliver leads to states or jurisdictions where the advertiser is not authorized to operate.
  • We don't sell aged leads as fresh. Aged-lead inventory, where it exists at all, is delivered as aged with explicit timestamp.
