Our publisher network
AdvertisingML operates a portfolio of owned editorial and comparison properties, organized by vertical. Each property is built around a single consumer decision and equipped with TCPA-compliant lead capture infrastructure.
How the network is organized
Each vertical maintains a set of editorial and comparison properties. Consumers arrive through organic search, comparison content, native distribution, and curated content partnerships. When they're ready to take action, they submit information through a TrustedForm-certified form. Leads are matched in real time to advertisers based on stated need, geography, demographic eligibility, and licensing posture.

- Editorial content depth. Each property maintains substantive editorial coverage of its vertical — not thin landers.
- TrustedForm Certify on every form. ActiveProspect's TrustedForm script captures consent metadata on every consumer submission. Certificate URLs flow to advertisers alongside lead data.
- Multi-seller consent disclosures. Consent language follows the post-IMC v. FCC framework, with our maintained partners list linked from each consent disclosure.
- State-law layered compliance. FL Mini-TCPA, OK Telephone Solicitation Act, WA TCPA, and similar state-level requirements are honored in addition to federal TCPA + CAN-SPAM baselines.
- Network-wide suppression list. Opt-out requests propagate across all properties and to all delivery partners within ten business days.
- CCPA/CPRA/VCDPA conformance. Full data-subject request workflow operational at /do-not-sell.
