This page enumerates the advertisers and delivery partners that may receive consumer-consented contact information when a consumer submits a lead form on the AdvertisingML network. The list is updated as partnerships change. Consumers who consent to be contacted by "AdvertisingML and its marketing partners" via the consent language on our forms are consenting to contact by entities on this list, in the verticals in which they participate.

Licensed insurance carriers, independent agencies, and managing general agents (MGAs) participating in auto, home, health, life, and Medicare programs. Specific named partners are disclosed to consumers at the form-submission step alongside the consent disclosure.
Licensed lenders, NMLS-registered originators, and issuer-direct affiliate programs participating in personal loans, credit cards, mortgage refinance, and student loan refinance.
Accredited institutions, certification providers, and skills bootcamps with verified state authorization for the programs they offer.
Licensed local contractors and regional service operators with verified state and local licensing for the service categories they purchase leads in.
When you submit information through a lead form on the AdvertisingML network, the advertisers who may contact you depend on the vertical of the form, your state, and your stated need. We deliver your information only to advertisers matching those filters and operating in jurisdictions where they are authorized.
If you wish to revoke your consent at any time, reply STOP to any text, click unsubscribe in any email you receive, or contact us at privacy@advertisingml.com. Revocations are honored network-wide and propagated to all delivery partners within ten business days.
Inclusion on this list requires completed onboarding, verified licensing posture, and executed master services agreement.
